Hand In Hand Care is a privately owned home health care agency dedicated to providing high quality and personalized service for the elderly of Orange County, New York and surrounding areas. In 2011, as our company grew and expanded we separated into 2 different entities: Alice Krawcyk, Inc. continues to operate as Hand In Hand Care Home Care. Hand In Hand Care, LLC operates as Hand In Hand Care Social Day Program. Both companies are located at 25 Myrtle Avenue, Middletown, New York location. Alice Krawcyk, President, has over forty years experience in the geriatric/case management/medical field, and was instrumental in creating the first Adult Day Care Program in Orange County. Her motto is "Making a Difference". THE PHILOSOPHY AND GOALS OF HAND IN HAND CARE To provide services which contribute to the individual's ability to maintain independence as long as possible and to remain at home and in the community. To provide adequate, appropriately trained and supervised staff to facilitate the provision of these services. To ensure the continuing quality of service at the lowest possible cost and to provide whenever possible, subsidies to reduce the cost to those in need of financial assistance. |
