"Making a Difference" Hand In Hand Care has been offering services for seniors in the Orange County, New York area for over eighteen years. Hand In Hand Care is a privately owned agency that began its services for seniors in Middletown as a Social Day program in 1994 and became a New York State licensed Home Health Care agency in 1999. All of Hand In Hand Care services are supportive of seniors who wish to remain in the community and to avoid unnecessary institutionalization. |

Alzheimer's Association Support Group A caregiver support group is held every third Wednesday of the Month at 2:00pm.
